Some thoughts from my own experiance
I have the Jet JTAS 10XL - Xacta with 5HP motor. This is by all mean a great table saw. If you can afford it - go with the Jet, you will never regret. The 708781 isn't a cabinet saw (it's known as Hybrid, that is - the trunnion is mounted directly to the cast iron wings, or in other words - it is a contractor saw trunnion), but this fact doesn't make it any less. Initially I thought having this saw, but since my initial price was a bit more higher, the Xacta was more suitable for my need. Nevertheless - I have two friends with the SuperSaw, they are very happy with it. It is the most accurate sliding table I ever used, it gets lots of good reviews and Jet Customer service is legendry in the industry.
My recommendation - go for it, you'll not regret
