speaking about condors-we just coming back from a bizar festival,where the locals are spending weeks in the mountains,trying to cach a condor,and then,treating him as a god,decorating him,and put him over the back of a bull
for a special corida,the condor must beat the bull that represents the Spanish
by the way: the local "shug" known as aji,made out of nuts(botnim),pilpel harif,cusbara,shum and maiz molido,that is hard corn,you can use pop corn tachun.we love it!
